Netherlands: Money to combat criminal Moroccan youth

Starting next year Utrecht will receive 6 million euro to combat Moroccan criminal youth, according to Minister Hirsch Ballin.

The four big cities Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague and Utrecht receive 5 million now per year.  The minister admits that it is alarmingly many Moroccan youth turn criminal.  The money would be used to get the youth back on the right path.
